This hotel and staff went above and beyond! We came to town for a family funeral. My daughter got sick and threw up on the carpet in the middle of the night. We cleaned as much as we could and then I went down to inform the night staff. He was so nice and came up to help. I asked if we could possible switch rooms and he didn’t hesitate to put us in a new room. The next day I went up to apologize to the maid cleaning the room and she too, was so understanding and nice. I would 100% recommend this room to friends, family or total strangers. If we find ourselves in town we will always go to this hotel! Great service is hard to come by but this hotel has amazing staff and we will be forever grateful how we were treated during an extra difficult time!
so far so great!!! i love the pool and hot tub availability!!!! wow, so great and comfy! Daisy May was so nice and helpful to us. and breakfast was great! one of the nicest places I've stayed! A gem in Aberdeen!
Dog friendly large suite with a nice view. Staff was very accommodating. The bathroom was well appointed and large. The kitchenette was well stocked. The indoor pool with fountain water feature was a hit with the kids.
Sink drain in bathroom was incredibly slow. The shower head squealed the entire time it was running. Staff good. Breakfast left something to be desired
Best night sleep thus far on our trip. Super clean room. Spacious rooms. Loved the layout. Staff was very friendly. Room air worked great!
Didn’t stay here when i was in town for our daughter’s gymnastics meet, but need to charge our EV before making the way back home, coming in to ask if i can use the EV charger they have on site for couple hours, Lenny ( hope i catch her name right ), the receptionist was really friendly and helpful, feel so welcoming even not being a guest at their place. Thanks again for your wonderful service!!
Rooms are spacious, modern and clean with comfortable beds. Really nice property. Breakfast though could be improved. Juice was watery as was oatmeal. No fruit.
